Autumn Winter 2020
A handful of inky dark tones offering an alternative to Black, these are key colours in the AW20-21 colour range. Four barely black tints; Lampwick, Pine Soot, Char and Gold Dust hold court alongside T&D’s Black and can be used either on their own or marled with other darks.
'Handcrafted mark making, punctured paper marks, stonemasonry, simple wooden block-prints and typewriter lettering in close repeats.'
With the environment at the forefront of our mind, we felt there would be an appreciation and interest to see Cashmere in its purest form; undyed and 100% Cashmere. So, we have created a special collection of six new sustainable CASHMERE NATURALS colours, made from a selection of three undyed cashmere fibre types, directly sourced from Ningxia Province and Inner Mongolia.
All of this runs in parallel with an extensive update undertaken on our main Cashmere colour palette this season. The Colour ‘notes’ to sniff out for AW20 are broad, brooding, bold, bright and certainly not bashful, but with a hint of tenderness surfacing throughout the collection. The most influential new colours are four new inky darks, technically clever colour combinations, created to offer an alternative to black.
Our Cashmere Naturals provide a palette uncomplicated by colour. Appreciate the true nature of cashmere knitted up in chunky weights and classic stitches - jersey, rib, and moss stitch variations.
